Training sessions progress onto building desired fitness adaptations (see Adaptations)
Personal training plans created and adapted to fit in with clients life (see Training Load and Fitness Regime)
Phase Three | Ongoing
Lifestyle support focused on building agreed upon lifestyle habits outside of training (see Lifestyle)
Check-ins and general support throughout the whole process to make sure fitness progress is contributing to desired model of success

My aim
My aim is to provide you with the understanding, knowledge and tools you need to successfully maintain a healthy and happy fitness life.
What’s included :
Initial consultation to thoroughly discuss your goals, success measures, training preferences, and overall lifestyle.
One 1-hour online video coaching session per week, scheduled Monday through Friday for your convenience.
Customized personal training plans designed specifically for you to follow outside of the coaching sessions.
Comprehensive lifestyle support, including tailored nutrition advice to complement your training and recovery.
Regular ongoing check-ins and general support to keep you motivated and on track throughout your journey.

Health based fitness goals don’t require a huge amount of stress to achieve and can be achieved with minimal equipment.

Happiness
Happiness based fitness goals are a blend of what’s generally good for us with personal desires/values sprinkled on top.
Kit recommendations :
Above Health based kit if starting from scratch
Additional kit will depend on the specifics of your goal. This will either be extra kit for training in sessions e.g dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, cardio kit, functional kit etc.
Additional kit may also include any memberships to spaces with the desired kit outside of home e.g gym membership, swimming pool, sports clubs etc.
performance
Performance based goals cannot be negotiated, meaning that you need to be able to do the specific work for the specific goal. There are no shortcuts or alternatives.

Additional kit will be determined by the type of goal as well as the level to which you want to improve your performance. I tend to work with clients who have health and happiness based goals and if a client has/decides on performance goals outside of my scope, then I will happily refer out.
